Why Annual Giving
A gift to the Annual Giving Campaign is the single most important gift to the school each year. Tuition alone is not adequate to fund the exemplary programs and services Calvary provides. The Annual Giving Campaign supplements approximately 30% of the annual budget, supporting faculty salaries and professional development, student scholarships, classroom and technology enhancements, and facility renovations.

Your generosity makes a real difference. This year's gifts to the Annual Giving Campaign will directly support the following:

• New flooring for lower elementary.
• Renovation/updates to the air conditioning units and system throughout the Family Life Center, Middle School and Library.
• Repair, enhance and modernize the control booth in the Family Life Center so that it meets today’s standards for presentations and multimedia experiences.
• Any remaining funds will go to our Endowment Fund for future needs.

All gifts will be recognized via the Firing up the Future Donor Circles.

Annual Giving Campaign gifts are tax-deductible and can be made throughout the year. We encourage gifts to be made prior to the Christmas holidays; however, gifts received on or before June 30, 2007 will be recognized in this year's annual campaign total.

Matching Gifts
Matching Gifts are an incredible way to double, even triple your donation dollars to Calvary through your employer. Many businesses have a certain amount of money set aside for donations and typically like to give to educational institutions and charities their employees are actively involved with. Your human resources department will have more information on how to go about getting a Matching Gift from your company. Typically, they will give you a form to fill out, send back, they will send the school a check. Believe it or not, it’s that simple!

We will also combine your donation along with your employers matching gift for your recognition in the Donor Circles.
100% Participation Goal
Our goal is to achieve 100% participation from all Calvary families, faculty, staff and the Board of Directors. Prayerfully consider your donation to this year's campaign, Firing up the Future and help us maintain the standard of excellence upon which Calvary was founded. During the 2006-2007 campaign we were able to raise over $42,000 with only 20% participation, just imagine what we can do with 100% participation from you this year!

Participation by all is crucial to the success of our campaign. When seeking additional outside funding or gifts from corporations, foundations, and individual donors, Annual Giving participation is closely examined when determining whether to award Calvary a grant or gift. Remember, the amount of the gift is not as important as the school wide participation. The only gift too small is no gift at all.

Let us now build an altar, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice, but to be a witness between us and you, and between the generations after us, that we do perform the service of the Lord in his presence with our burnt offerings and sacrifices and offering of well-being; so that your children may never say to our children in time to come, "You have no portion in the Lord".
